Do you offer interpretation services?

Yes. Steven maintains a network of available interpreters to assist with solicitor-client meetings for languages including (but not limited to): Cantonese, Spanish, French, German, Mandarin, Russian, Ukrainian, Turkish, Kurdish, and Persian. Steven would be pleased to arrange interpretation services for any language not listed.

What should I do if I need to cancel or postpone an appointment?

As a courtesy, kindly contact Steven by telephone at least 24 hours before your appointment if you wish to cancel or postpone it.

Does Steven represent clients outside of Canada?

Steven welcomes clients from around the world. The practice’s head office is located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, however, where feasible, Steven may be available to travel to your country of residence for a personal consultation. To facilitate long distance communication, overseas clients may communicate and correspond with Steven by long distance telephone, fax, or email.

What are your fees?

Clients’ fees are assessed on a case-by-case basis as each situation is unique. Steven is committed to providing services on a reasonable flat rate basis (instead of charging by the hour). Where feasible, reasonable payment plans may be negotiated.
